The Next Generation RNA-sequencing methodology emerged over a decade ago and is these days state-of-the-artwork in the area of gene expression analyses. However, analyzing these massive, advanced datasets continues to be a difficult task. Many of the present strategies do not keep in mind the underlying structure of the information. Extracting information from large biological datasets is a challenging task, due to the large knowledge measurement, high-dimensionality, noise, and errors within the knowledge.

We show how for RNA-sequencing data, the atoms in the dictionary matrix could be interpreted as modules of genes that both capture patterns specific to different types, or else represent modules which are reused throughout completely different scenarios. We evaluate our method on four giant datasets with samples from multiple sorts. A Gene Ontology term analysis, which is a standard software indicated to assist understanding the features of genes, reveals that the found gene-units are in settlement with the biological context of the sample types.
